District Learning Team To Send Out Surveys

Dear Hatfield School Community,

The District Learning Team (DLT) is currently in the process of drafting new goals for the District Improvement Plan. The purpose of the District Improvement Plan is to outline overall goals for the school district designed to improve student achievement. The new three-year plan will go into effect on July 1, 2019. The plan will be used as a guiding document for both the Superintendent and the School Committee as they plan their goals. In addition, the goals of each School Improvement Plan are also aligned to the District Improvement Plan.

As part of the process, the DLT is asking parents/guardians of Hatfield Public School students to complete an on-line survey. Emails containing a link to the survey will be sent to all parents and guardians on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. In addition, a separate survey will be sent to all faculty and staff on January 2nd.  Hard copies of both surveys are also available in each school office. Results of both surveys will be used to assist the DLT in its efforts to drafts new goals. The surveys will be open through January 10, 2019.
