MCAS Results and Testing Schedule for 2019/20

The Massachusetts Department of Elementary (MDESE) continues to strive toward 100% computer based testing (CBT) on all standardized tests. Please take some time to review our 2019/20 MCAS testing schedule. If would like to explore and practice the next generation MCAS please click HERE

The 2019 MCAS results have been released by MDESE. The results varied between middle and high school students. We will delve deeper into these data sets and adjust curriculum based upon cohort performance. Our grade 9 and 10 students performed exceptionally well. Overall, we are proud of our students and their efforts. If you would like to explore further, please visit our MDESE profile: HERE. DESE should be delivering student MCAS results and reports during the week of September 30th and we will distribute these to all students thereafter.

Homecoming

On October 19th we will hold our annual homecoming. This a great day to come out in support of our school community, class advisory groups, and our athletes. This day also serves to recognize those who have made a significant impact on our students and school. This individual or group is recognized with the presentation of the homecoming award. This year's recipient is former student Mr. Harrison Bardwell of Bardewell Farm who plays a significant role in the Hatfield community. For more information on Harrison, please click here.

Our homecoming parade also serves a special place in the day's activities. Each grade is assigned a float and asked to appropriately decorate it for judging by a small committee. Please see the homecoming schedule below (A rain date has been set for Sunday 20th and a decision on using this will be made by 1pm on Friday 18th):
