June 10, 2022.  Our friends at the Hatfield Council on Aging and the Hatfield Board of Health invite eligible families to register for the: 

Covid Vaccine Clinic 

Ages: 12+ and  Ages: 5-11.       June 15: 10 am - 12 pm

Hatfield Senior Center 59 Main St. (Town Hall)

The Hatfield Board of Health presents: Free COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic.  Boosters & first time child doses for ages 5+ and 2nd boosters for ages 50+ if at least 5 months since prior dose.  

Advance registration strongly encouraged.  Follow instructions listed on the Northampton Health Dept. Covid Vaccine Site Registration Page and select Hatfield Council on Aging (June 15). 

• Please bring Insurance Card and Current Covid Vaccine Card (for Booster).  Although there is still no cost to the patient for the vaccine, insurance information is collected for reimbursement of the associated clinic costs. Please bring vaccination and insurance cards for each child to receive the vaccination.  

• Those seeking 1st dose will need to schedule a 2nd dose at least 21 days afterward.

• One caregiver must be present with their child during and after vaccine administration.

• This clinic is offered primarily by appointment to accommodate the needs of  and for safe distancing in the vaccination area. 

• After receiving the vaccine, students and parents/guardians need to wait in the designated area at least 15 minutes for observation.
